Rich results

Enhanced search listings — star ratings, FAQs, images, prices — that structured data makes eligible in the SERP.

Rich results make your listing physically larger and more eye-catching, which can lift click-through even when your ranking position doesn't change. Eligibility comes from valid structured data matching a supported type — Product, Recipe, FAQ, Breadcrumb, and so on — but eligibility is never a guarantee; Google decides per query whether to show the enhancement. Google has also pulled back some types over time (like FAQ rich results for most sites), so track what's actually appearing rather than assuming markup equals display.
